Bathroom update

The kids bath is being used and 97% done. The vanity light went in today. The bathroom is amazing.

The master bath tile work is ongoing. It looks so, dare I say, sexy? It's sleek and modern and so, so cool. The floor got started today.

Ellie got an award. Awesome-sauce!

Tile

The tile in the master bathroom started to go in. We are getting close to seeing our vision of sleek modern and zen in the master bath.

True love

So Nick has shown that he thinks of other things and people than baseball in the Fall when the Cubs are making a run for the playoffs.



I came home (after he did pickup, dinner, piano, and bedtimes by himself) to pumpkin spice latte M&Ms and the new Christipher Moore book. He definitely knows me well.

Bathroom update

It's been a while since a bathroom update.

Kids bath is 95% done (sans accessorizing). We will get the glass for the shower this week which is super exciting.










Tile started in the master today...so excited about the master. So excited.

Mornings just got worse

My morning, since shacking up in the guest house with the kids, involve getting up at 6 when Cal does and quickly getting him into the bathroom and shutting the door so he doesn't wake up Ellie. He has his milk. He plays with toys. I do my thing. And then we emerge and wake up Ellie.

Well Calvin has a new activity. Climbing the toilet. I'm doomed. Mornings are not my thing. But being half asleep and keeping Calvin off the top of the toilet...
