Earth Day

This week at school the kids have been prepping for an Easter egg hunt and party on Friday but also talking about Earth Day. Ellie has come home each day talking about ways to conserve energy and water. She even told Nick he was wasteful as he let water run while he soaped up his hands.

So today we decided to take her book Fancy Nancy Every Day is Earth Day to school as the book also has some tips to conserve and help the Earth.




However, Ellie insisted on reading the book while she ate breakfast. While she may have some parts memorized, I'm pretty sure she doesn't have the whole thing memorized.






And Calvin just hung out and was chill while she read out loud about conserving energy and water.
