US Women’s National Team

We saw the 2019 Women’s World Cup winners, the US Women’s National Team, play Ireland in a game at the Rose Bowl on Saturday. Not only were we celebrating the current IS team but also the historic 1999 women’s team that changed the face of girls and women’s soccer in the US (who also happened to win the cup at the Rose Bowl). Ellie had a blast. We saw all 4 World Cup trophies that the US has won. Watched them beat Ireland. Ellie saw some amazing goalie work from Ireland (the US goalie hardly touched the ball).
