The number game

It all started over the weekend when Calvin asked if he could draw on my “work paper” while riding in the car. I gave him a clipboard, calc pad, and a pen. He proceeded to work on his masterpiece in the backseat. When we got to our destination he showed me what he had been working on...writing a number in every square of the paper. He didn’t finish over the weekend but he has proceeded to work on his number writing every time he has been in the car. I’m just glad that he had the 4x4 grid paper as opposed to my preferred 5x5 grid.
