Early!

Today was my first test where I had to drop both kids off, navigate LA morning traffic, and get to a meeting at 9:00am. Well I'm 10 minutes early! Woot woot!! (Of course school is out and so traffic is running at summer level and a little less than normal).

We had quite a fun weekend. Ellie had a blast up in AB at the
Natural History Museum and at a play date with the daughter of one of my HS friends who was in SB as well. We are all exhausted. Ellie slept in till 7:15 and struggled to wake up. And then she lounged around eating her breakfast. I wish my Monday mornings were just as chill as hers was this morning.



Calvin...Calvin, Calvin, Calvin...he has been a non-stop pooper. I am pretty sure that he pooped more over the weekend than he did in the month of May. He went from pooping every third day (or longer) to pooping (BIG poops) every other hour. Crazy kid! The photo below was at the play date yesterday. He's gonna hate that I posted this photo when he's older. Poop...it happens!



He also has changed his sleep habits (maybe ties to his pooping). Normally he would wake to eat once a night at around 2:00am. Saturday night he woke at 1 and then at 4 and then at 6:30. All with poop in his diaper and all hungry. Last night same thing. Well he's at daycare now and seemed happy about it. Despite not having his normal morning nap from 7:00am to 8:00am.
