This morning I had to be at the office at 8:00am. Now lately I've been trying to practice getting out the door at 7:30am as Es kindergarten starts at 7:50. So I want to make sure we are all ready to get out the door and get her to school on time. A real challenge today to get me to the office by 8 for a meeting. It takes 40-45 minutes to get both kids dropped off. So yeah, we walked out the door at 7:16 and I walked into the office at 8:00 on the nose. Success! Even Cal was happy!
(Yeah, kid is a chunk right now).
As a side note I got a fitbit. It is interesting to note that on a normal day (not when I'm in the field) the majority of my steps and active minutes come from the crazy race that is getting out the door in the morning. I've been logging an average .5 mi just running around the house!
