Neighbors

Ellie has new friends and they are out neighbors. Sure they are a minimum of two years older but she loves them. She will sit looking out the window just to see if they are home. So far she has had two play dates with them and sees them at school too.

So remember how we made recycled paper over the weekend? Well Ellie drew and wrote on it to make cards for them.







Part of Ellies kindergarten homework was to drew something fun that she did over the weekend. Now we had a crazy busy fun weekend. But Ellie elected to draw a picture of Cal in his high chair.

This morning I'm not sure Cal really liked the cereal mixed with applesauce. But he ate oatmeal cereal and a banana at school today.













Nick is on his way to Chicago. He comes home Monday night. Here is to hoping I survive the weekend.
