Community helpers

Cal's school is talking about community helpers, people who make our neighborhood safe and happy places. So Ms. Wildhaber asked parents and kids to bring in any items from our profession that fit this description.

Cal immediately thought about "mommys hats!".






So we talked about why mommy had a hardhat and when I wore it. So today he took one to school and told his friends that I wear it when I go to construction sites to fix buildings and make them better.
