Mallie passed overnight. She had been showing signs of aging and had really slowed down. She was sleeping on her blanket.
We certainly will miss Mallie and her antics. From seeking out plastic bags to scavenge for food to hiding from bald men (eventually warming to some). Her insistence on always taking my side of the bed or seat on the couch. Her love of tuna. Her persnickety personally and insistence on a clean litter box. Her patience with the kids. Her mad skills at catching flies. And everything in between. She was a street cat from Boston who made her way to SoCal.
